Prices
At Fjordliving, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. In the event of delays, backorders or sold-out items, we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible, along with what we can do about it.
Payment
Fjordliving accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Klarna and bank transfer. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT.
Reservation of amounts
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
• We charge the amount when we dispatch the item, or
• the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
With bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme.
Delivery
Fjordliving aims to dispatch orders placed before 4 pm on the same working day. Orders placed after this are dispatched the next working day.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping prices from 0 DKK to 79 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address stated at the time of ordering.
We do not deliver abroad, nor to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Your items are sent with PostNord, DAO or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no room at the pickup point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pickup point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1–4 working days after ordering. These special delivery terms apply to certain items: Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock. For sold-out items, you will be contacted by email. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act for purchases of goods. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. The right of complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service or other damaging behaviour.
You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect/fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be considered timely. You do this by contacting our customer service at info@fjordliving.dk, clearly stating that you wish to make a complaint. Please describe in as much detail as possible what the complaint concerns.
In the case of a justified complaint, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for dispatch, so we can refund your shipping costs.
If the item you are complaining about needs to be returned to us, you will receive a return label from us by email. We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery or parcels sent to a pick-up location.
The item is sent to the address stated on the return label.

When returning the item, please write an email with a detailed description of the problem.
We endeavour to process returns, complaints and withdrawals as quickly as possible.
Right of withdrawal
A 30-day full right of return is granted on items bought in our webshop, except for discounted items bought in campaign offers such as Black Week/Black Friday. For these items bought in our webshop, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day;
- On which you receive the order.
- You take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several instalments.
- You take physical possession of the last batch or last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
You must bear the return costs yourself, cf. the section “Returns when exercising the right of withdrawal” below.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase if you wish to make use of the extended right of withdrawal, and otherwise no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the item to us no later than 14 days after. Notification should be given by email to info@fjordliving.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you will find together with the terms and conditions.
In the notification, you must make it clearly known that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The webshop includes a digital withdrawal function. You'll find it at the bottom of the page, under "Right of withdrawal".
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item or by failing to collect the item from a parcel shop, without further agreement.
We endeavour to process requests for returns and withdrawals as quickly as possible.
If you withdraw from the purchase of an item bought with a discount code, no compensation is provided in the form of a new discount code or the option to reorder at the original discounted price. If you have bought an item as part of a bundle offer, for example “2 for 1”, all items included in the bundle offer must be returned, unless otherwise specifically agreed with Fjordliving. Note that you will not have your shipping costs refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.
Returns when exercising the right of withdrawal
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the item yourself, including the cost of shipment to our warehouse, and it is you who is liable if damage occurs during transport.
When returning, please use the return label you receive from our customer service. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or parcels sent to a pick-up location. Please return the item securely in its original packaging. If you have made use of the extended right of withdrawal of 30 days (i.e. from day 15–30), it is also a requirement that the packaging is unbroken.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery until we have received it back. We recommend that you always pack the return item securely in its original packaging.
If you use our return label, you will still be responsible for the parcel until it has arrived back with us.
Condition of the item upon return
If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day period, you are only liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt – of the return. In some cases, this may mean that you can only receive part or none of the purchase amount back. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore try the item without actually taking it into use. If the original packaging is missing, this may possibly lead to a reduction in the item's value.
If you make use of the extended right of withdrawal of 30 days (i.e. from day 15–30), the item must be returned in unbroken packaging.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase before the withdrawal period expires, you will of course receive the amount you paid to us back. When exercising the right of withdrawal, payments received from you are refunded, including
delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery
method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), less any reduction in value for which you are liable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@fjordliving.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,220 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. There is a fee for having the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-mærket-certified webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge by e-mærket – regardless of the amount. Read more here.
If you are resident in Denmark and have shopped with a seller outside Denmark, but within the EU, Norway, Iceland or the United Kingdom, you can complain to Consumer Europe here
